We wanted to create a bar that didn’t taste like cardboard, with the highest quality ingredients we could find - something that we could actually enjoy eating, and really was healthy. We avoided ingredients that manufacturers use just to add to shelf life or to keep costs down, so you won’t find hydrogenated fat or artificial preservatives on the ingredients list. Just ingredients that make sense and taste delicious
