On a late spring afternoon some ten years ago Charles Hudson paused outside the local churchyard on his way home. Strewn around the lych-gate lay the aftermath from an earlier wedding. Tiny wet pieces of coloured paper, sodden and mucky, had turned the church entrance into an eyesore. Passing beneath the lintel it was a different story, as the path to the church was clear. Although it seemed a shame that the celebrations could not have started as the happy couple stepped out of the church,

Charles appreciated why so many churches ban the use of confetti within church grounds. On arriving home some petals fell from the flower bouquet Charles was carrying for his wife and he experienced a 'eureka' moment, the idea of Real Flower Petal Confetti was born.
